About Us

Catholic education changes lives. That’s why the Fulcrum team works so hard to increase access to Catholic schools in Western Washington for all children and families. We serve everyone—all races, genders, abilities, cultures, faiths, sexual orientations, and backgrounds.

Founded in 2002, the Fulcrum Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving 72 Catholic schools in the Archdiocese of Seattle, from Bellingham to Vancouver. Fulcrum supports Catholic schools, students, and educators through funding and thought partnership.

We are looking for team members who believe an excellent, faith-filled education provides the best pathway to a strong future. Dignity, respect, and belonging are core to everything we do.
