Star Grants A Fulcrum Foundation Star Grant promotes excellence in Catholic school education by supporting a teacher's or staff person's creative project or initiative for the classroom. All teachers and staff who serve within the Catholic School system of the Archdiocese of Seattle and who have not received a Fulcrum grant in the past three school years are eligible to apply. Applications for 2010 Star Grants are now being accepted through March 30th.
